How to upload your iWeb website

If you used Apple iWeb '08 to build your site and want to publish it to your hosting account, use Publish to a Folder, then manually upload the files to your hosting account via FTP.
- From the File menu, select Publish to a Folder…
- In the Finder window, click Desktop on the left, and then click the New Folder button.
- Enter a name for the website, and then click Create.
- Select the new folder, and then click Choose.
- Once iWeb publishes to the folder, a confirmation message appears.
From this point you can use an FTP application to upload the files to yourarthere.net's web server. Following these instructions to upload your website with FTP making sure to put the files (where the index.html file is) inside the folder you chose above into the httpdocs folder, not the folder itself.
To update the site, follow the instructions above and then reupload the contents of your folder again, writing over the existing contents in the Cyberduck connection window.
