Cannot connect to Plesk

While it is rare some users have reported "not found" issues connecting to Plesk via the url provided in the Dashboard. This is most common when using public wifi or an ISP (Internet Service Provider) that does not allow connections to alternate ports (the ":8443" in the url). To resolve this try either of the following:

  • connect to Plesk from another location like your home, work, or school.
  • connect to plesk with an https:// instead of the http:// in front of the url that is provided. Note the addition of an "s" which makes it a secure connection.
Please contact support if you are still unable to connect after trying another location.
